We will bill any primary insurance company for you as long as you have provided us all pertinent information prior to or at your first visit.

We are contracted with most major insurance companies and bill about 650 different plans.

Please call our Olympic Physical Therapy Billing Office at 425.454.4864 if you have questions about your specific plan, as well as any questions regarding insurance or billing.

At your first visit, we will provide you with the name and phone number of your Billing Specialist from our Billing Department located in Bellevue.

In some cases we are able to present you with a statement each time you arrive for an appointment for the previous visit’s portion.

We ask that you pay your portion due at that time via cash, check or credit card.
